With Tribu, you can now give customers the ability to execute reactive commands using simple text phrases. Using common sentences such as “can someone help me?” or “my pc is not working”, customers can create tickets as Tribu will turn them into an interactive ticketing card.

Quicker Communication with Technicians

Using Tribu customers can add comments and update information on their ticket requests through using simple text strings. Sentences such as “I need to update my ticket”, “Can I add some notes?” or “I want to include information” will allow the customer to select a specified ticket they wish to comment on or include further information.

Allowing end-users to follow up on requests

Improve your relationship with customers by providing them with the agency to follow up on ticket requests with intuitive machine learning commands. Using short sentences such as “What is *happening with my request?”* will prompt Tribu to overlook the current progress of the client’s request.

Tribu will generate a response with a brief description of the request’s status. If the customer wishes to investigate further they can click the “Follow up” button to send a direct notification to the technician assigned to the ticket.
